I got this crash pad with the local community theatre I participate in, in mind. We recently mounted a production that involved diving through a window, and had to come up with some padding to protect the actors from injury while doing the action, and now, with this crash pad, we don't have to worry about that anymore! It is sturdy, thick, but gentle on the person crashing into it, and 5x5 is a nice blocked out area that will allow for a bit of a over-jump/crash. Wonderful deal for a very helpful product!

Great for an indoor climbing wall. I have a few holds set up on the wall and sloped ceiling at my house. About 6-8ft off the ground and this pad is great for catching little falls that distance. Nice and puffy and the nylon cover also acts as an air pillow to dampen the initial fall. I'm 140lbs and it catches me if I drop onto it, without hitting the floor. Really nice material and fun to use as a fall bag, just a hangout bag, or for other play fun.

Great! Does have an industrial smell as it is first opened so leave it out. I have to continuously refluff it to keep it thicker. It’s definitely for children and I wouldn’t buy it for bouncing, it’s not really a trampoline type of product. I wouldn’t purchase for adults to fall on. We purchased to put under a rock wall or rope swing in the basement and it will work for that.

So much fun for the kids to bounce on but also a great safety mat. It is nice and thick a good size being 5ft x 5ft and it is sturdy, if someone fell and landed on it - it would offer the protection needed. It has a washable cover which is great for hygiene for the kids playing or taking a nap on it. Really great versatile mat.

I got this because my kids keep jumping and roughhousing, and hurting themselves. This giant crash pillow serves as a place to play and jump, but also as a fun place to just lie or sit on to watch TV. My kids have been having a blast playing with it, and so far, no injuries or hurt kids. Even the cat loves it, LOL!

I saw this was marketed as a mat for kids on the spectrum which I guess is kewl that exists. I grabbed one because we have a large play swing intended for outside that I wanted to keep my kids from falling off and cracking their heads on the floor. This worked well for that but then of course kids being kids they pulled it out and just started jumping into it like a massive cushion... which it is. They love their crash pad and are always telling their friends about it and showing off how great it is to jump into off the couch or whatever their little minds can think of.Great fun. The bag stinks soooo bad when you pull it out but if you wrap the blue cover around it immediately the smell just stays in the bag.
