I got this after the major earthquake in Mexico on September 19, 2017 that killed hundreds (Most of my family lives there). You never know when you may need to call for help). Then after I started teaching middle school and had a very serious illness that left me with limited breath, I used it to signal the end of recess and other similar things where using a loud-enough to be heard volume wasn't possible. Now I got one for my kids who are off to college soon.

These are pretty small with can be a bonus if you want to add to keychain or even wear on a chain.Anodizing is easy to get pretty colors with the titanium. Great Everyday Carry gift!

😍 I love these!!!! What a great deal, great quality and pretty look! Seriously a great price. Buy one for you and gift the second to a friend or give to your kid. I bought mine for myself and gave the second to my daughter. She loves it and knows it is a tool and more a toy. I will definitely be buying more as gifts.

I bought these whistles to train my dogs to come to me. The whistle is around my neck and hot dogs sliced thin as a reward for the dogs when they come to me. The whistle is loud enough for the dogs to hear it over the their own barking. I wanted a whistle that was lovely as I will wear it every day. I also wanted a stainless steal whistle because I'm allergic to many metals but not to stainless steel. I have not had an allergy reaction so far. I have not tried the chains that come with them as I already have a nice quality stainless steel chain. I recommend these whistles for the purpose that I bought them for.

sounds like a whistle to me. can be quite loud for the user. dont figure the sound would carry too far but i have no way of verifying my guess. doesnt take much effort to get loud.
