Arrived in only two days, well packaged, took about two hours to assemble, and it looks like fine custom crafted furniture. We could not be happier. A great value.Like all “assembly required” furniture the same rules apply: upon delivery check for any damage, carefully read instructions, have a large open area for assembly, follow each step, take your time assembling (including pausing and double checking for proper parts, orientation, etc.), and never over-tighten fasteners.

I bought this over a year ago and it is still amazing. I personally assembled this is less than 1 hour and I have no carpentry skills. It is sturdy and has held up in a house hold of 3 kids. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

The first one was damaged in several places more than likely due to shipping. I could have fixed it up but it still would not have been perfect. Took my pictures, sent them in and a new one arrived quickly in perfect condition. Looks great and having a handy wireless drill will save you a lot of time when you build it. Customer service was excellent.

This product shipped fast and was pretty easy to put together since all the pieces were labeled. Looks great and fits perfectly in the entryway.

We really like this hall tree. My only complaint, which is a minor one, is that during assembly some of the screws are in awkward and hard to reach locations when they are close to the sides or shelves.
