But that's my fault.I thought I was getting a TV...That could act as a monitor.Instead I got a really good, clear sharp monitor that does what i bought it for. It does it VERY well.Just means I can't watch tv sneakily at my desk 😩

I don’t use this for gaming but I purchased for the size and the price. I’m quite happy with it. I use an HDMI cable to extend my laptop monitor. Colors are good. Control over the monitor is good. Zero complaints.I’ll come back in a year.

This is a great starter monitor. It is very high quality and is very simple to set up. The quality is great as well as the colors. I dont think is has built in sound so make sure to have speakers or smth. Overall great product

Needing a second monitor for my PC for work purposes, I noticed this one had a good price point, and thought I'd give it a shot, as it had the same physical color scheme as my Dell all-in-one (white surround, silver stand) to avoid tripping my OCD. And also it was cheap. First impressions:The GoodWhat you get is exactly what it says on the box, and nothing else. It's a perfectly adequate second monitor for the money.Dead space around the image area is surprisingly narrow for an unknown brand. It's barely wider than the Dell.If you're willing to spend 20 minutes playing with the brightness/contrast/color settings (blind, mind you, as the buttons are all on the back and you'll need the manual as a roadmap at first), you can...kind of? almost? get it to match your primary monitor's settings. Granted, it's a blast from the 90s with all of the physical buttons and pop-up menus, but it works. Just takes awhile. An HDMI cable is included. Moreover, it looks rugged as hell, almost to the point that it doesn't want to play ball on under-desk cable management.Did I mention that it was cheap? It's a decent value at 90 bucks. And the price fluctuates - I got one for 85, which is even better.Packing material is robust and looks to be easily reusable during a move if you bury it in a closet and don't pitch the Styrofoam inserts. The Bad:The "curved" feature is wishful thinking. Seriously, once this thing is on your desk, you'll need a straightedge to discern any curve whatsoever, and your brain keeps telling you it's dead flat at a glance. The Amazon product photo may have been shot with a fisheye lens, or Photoshopped, but that's NOT what it looks like in person. It's...maybe? ok for a dual-monitor setup with Windows applications - the jury's still out on that - but if you're expecting an actual noticeable curve to try to maintain a similar distance between your eyes and both the center and edges of a 2-monitor setup, or at least minimize the difference, this isn't the monitor you want. The manual is what you might expect from a completely unknown manufacturer. It was clearly not written in English, and was trans-literated instead of translated. Some rather creative verbiage. Fortunately it won't be an issue after initial setup, and common sense and Windows will get you through almost everything there except for the button descriptions and menu interface.Per the notes under "The Good," getting the colors to match your existing display is a time-consuming adventure. No speakers. Not an issue if you're using it as a second monitor but worth pointing out.It isn't the sharpest image in the world, noticeable with text. Still totally readable, but compared to the Dell, it's noticeable. The Neutral:I'm not trying this thing as a gaming monitor, so no clue about the refresh rate under gaming conditions. It appears to top out at its default 1920 x 1080, so some power gamers might not even be happy with the resolution.So...for the money, it's totally adequate.

I did not expect this panel to look this good for the price. The build quality of the panel itself is 'passable' to 'good' not premium but doesnt feel cheap either, very similar to AOC.The stand is metal which is nice.It has a single dead pixel way in the top left but whatever, its hard to get zero dead pixels even from the expensive brands and trust me ive been through it trying just that. Its verified 200hz via display port by UFO test (please note if you are going to use HDMI you will NOT get the full 200hz even with HDMI 2.0, and the store page tells you this upfront, but just in case you missed it.Out of the box the colors, brightness and contrast are all perfect. I dont know how accurate it is as i dont have the tools to measure that and i dont do any tasks where i need high accuracy to to my eye the reds blues yellows blacks whites etc all look perfect, if a bit overtuned for an out of box "wow factor". But i personally dont mind the vibrancy. If this screen has a decent lifespan on it ie i get at a minimum 3 years out of it, then i will for sure call this worth the money paid.4 stars instead of 5 because of the broken tab on the plastic cover out of the box, not a big deal it has other clips and clicked into place perfectly fine, but still.

10/16/24: I thought I found a reputable company when they immediately responded to my review with an offer to full refund (excerpt):We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience regarding your order and would like to offer you a full refund for your purchase. If you would like a full refund: please reply 'Full refund'.We hope that you give us another chance. Thank you very much. However, after I responded full refund, I received another message from them (excerpt):We are truly sorry to learn that you are having problems with your monitor. If it's convenient, could you please take a video of the monitor starting up for us? You can send us the video via the attached image. Once we receive your video, we will provide you with a satisfactory solution. We hope you can give us another chance. Looking forward to your reply. Wish you all the best.💕Then, today I have another message (excerpt):Thanks for the reply. You can return the monitor to Amazon's warehouse after Amazon will process your order for you 100%. Or, if you prefer to keep the monitor, we can request partial processing of your order for you. Looking forward to hearing from you.So, which is it, full refund, partial refund (how much?), do I have to send a video? Bad monitor. Deceptive customer service. I'll keep the monitor and deal with the burn in, but I certainly won't jump through their hoops to get a partial refund. Look at my review and all the others. Avoid this seller and their monitors. There's a reason they're cheap. I won't make that mistake again.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I wanted to love this monitor. The price was right. The size is great. However, after using it for just about 5 hours, I already have burn-in. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! I bought it to use some software that will remain somewhat static on the display, which I know can cause burn-in over time, but I've never had it happen in HOURS. I expect months or years. I'll see how it is after it is powered down tonight. If the burn-in is still there when I boot tomorrow morning, this piece of junk is going back. Very disappointed.
