With a low-profile, countersunk head, flat head socket cap screws are ideal for applications requiring a strong fastener with a flush mount. They are often used in projects what require moving parts to pass over a fastened area. Because of their ability to mount flush with the surface, they are less apt to snag objects moving overhead. Use an allen wrench (hex key) for installation and removal.

I bought these after the license plate holder on my sportbike lost the original two. I was surprised to find the allen key in the container these were shipped in. They are PERFECT to keep in my riding bag and give me piece of mind that I won't lose my license plate.
