How to apply boob tape
For outfits with a bare back or strapless top
Apply strips of tape directly over both breasts, adding slightly more stretch in the middle for a lifting effect on the bottom strip. You can apply the tape alternately from left to right or in the same manner, starting from the middle and then bringing the ends to the sides.
Suitable for V-necks and spaghetti strap outfits
Apply strips of tape diagonally from top left to bottom right and vice versa. You can also apply straight strips under the breasts for a lifting effect. This method is suitable for tops or dresses with V-necks and spaghetti straps, creating a stunning décolleté.
To create a deep décolletage

Grateful when you can’t wear a bra and have to tape your boobs into place, I’ve gotten it for making my boobs look more perky and it really works, especially when I have a backless dress on. Really easy to apply and doesn’t hurt to remove.

I have very sensitive skin, and am wary of anything with adhesive. When I get blood drawn, I always end up with basically a patch of skin being ripped off by the bandages they use. I did NOT have that problem with this tape - it stayed in place for several hours without issue, and then was easily removable with no issues.

Overall: Recommended! Excellent quality tape and does the job securely with staying power. We do a bunch of model photography and you basically need this stuff half then time you are shooting dresses and evening wear. The models found this one better than most and also said it was less irritating than most. Be sure to clean the area first with some rubbing alcohol that can help. Cheers!

I have SUPER sensitive skin so when I saw this tape, I was all over it. It actually worked for me. I am larger chested so I also appreciated the wider tape. I really like that it came with reuseable covers. Before I had to use bandaids (ouch). It also has directions for the different ways to attach for the support you are looking for. Overall, what sold me was the sensitive skin formula.

This tape works great. Easy to apply and provides a strong long-lasting hold. Removal isn't too bad either. ADditionally this has a good nipple coverage and no show look when wearing under light-colored clothing

I ordered the tape for two reasons: first, it says "for sensitive skin"--I get a rash from bandaids--and second, for the dress pictured. Wearing a backless halter dress when you're full-figured is not easy. The tape comes with two reusable patches and everything comes in a cute little pot. There is also a sheet of instructions, but I ended up using a different wrap. The tape was a little hard to peel off its backing and I needed a bit of help. The thing I'd recommend is always put on the dress or top first and get a sense of how to hide the tape. We ended up using a figure-eight pattern. The tape was stretchy, but not too much and sticks to itself very well. In fact, you'll want to be careful pulling the tape off the back so it doesn't fold. You'll have a hard time getting it apart if it does. Even so, it took about five minutes to get everything applied. If you're full-figured, plan on one package for every outfit. It was comfortable enough for about two-three hours of wear on me, just enough for dinner and to be seen! I could dance in this and feel secure. Peeling it off was not too bad and I didn't have a reaction to the adhesive like I do with bandaids, so it lived up to the fort sensitive skin billing. Definitely recommend! 5 stars.

My wife really likes Boho style dresses that are airy and often off the shoulder and/or open down the back. We tried this tape specifically for that purpose and she's really been happy with it.In her words:I start by cleaning my skin with a mild soap and water. Then, I dry my skin thoroughly.I cut the tape into the desired length.I apply the tape to my chest, starting from the bottom and working my way up. I make sure to smooth out the tape and remove any air bubbles.I use gentle covers over sensitive areas under the tape.These allow me to wear my favorite boho style dresses without having to worry about visible support.
