Exactly what I purchased. Image quality was spot on & seems durable on the glass. I ordered, wine, rocks, pint & coffee cups. One of my packages didn’t arrive (the pint glasses). This company stood behind their product & sent me a case of replacement pint glasses. It was probably a shipping carrier issue, but the company made it right. I’m very impressed.

We expected etched glass. It's what we wanted. The vendor came up when we searched for etched glass.But what we received is printed glass, which lost a lot of the details we wanted. If you want PRINTED glass, I suppose it's fine, but that's not what we wanted. However, for a printed glass, the print is fine for a basic image, for a layered image it loses a lot of the subtlety. (see images)The glass itself is shorter than a standard whiskey glass by 3/4 of an inch. The sides are slightly curved rather than straight. It's diameter is the same. They were packaged amazingly well, and despite the rough handling made it here in one piece. Kudos for that.I've got two images, one of what we wanted, and what we received. I did blank out onside.For the price it's not bad, we are disappointed that it wasn't etched as expected, and at the loss of detail in the Baghdad skyline.

The print came out good but Half of the glass cups had misprint on it. The company did reimburse us.

These glasses arrived a day early and were sturdily packed for shipment (which is more than I can say for a set of 4 Mikasa martini glasses-flimsily packed so of course one was broken).These highball glasses are perfect! They are just the right size to accommodate a two-finger pour of bourbon and not punch bowl size as so many beverage glasses are these days. These glasses are slightly weighted at the bottom-so nice! These were custom printed and the product came out exactly as previewed when ordering them. I am 100% satisfied.
