It is cute and a nice toothpick holder. Only complaint is there is the main base is not perfectly flat so there is a very slight wobble (nothing a little felt can't take care of).My rating method:1 star - Avoid2 stars - Doesn't meet expectations on quality or materials3 stars - Meets expectations, but does not stand out, maybe costly compared to others4 stars - Exceeds expectations, something stands out, good value, recommended.5 stars - Awesome - blew it out of the park on quality, value - Highly recommended.

The spec page describes this as being made with "exquisite craftsmanship". Unfortunately, that's quite an insult to craftsmen, everywhere. The paint work was sloppy, careless and unprofessional. A child could have, and just might have, done this job.The design of the product is nice and definitely functional. It easily holds a large amount of toothpicks, without any problems. It looks quite cute, with the typical design that mimics an Italian cook. It is appropriate for the use intended and should serve the purpose nicely. Just don't expect "exquisite craftsmanship" - expect functionality.
