I had to rotate the choke plate bar to get it to work, but the mower ran fine once I got everything hooked up. It's cheap, maybe not the best quality but if it gets me through the year I'll buy another one next. Just call it maintenance.

Carb good, pump didn’t work on install and broke when trying to remove hose to check it out
