I just got one yesterday and used at the range today. I really like it. It feels solid. It was easy to install and set up. I like using it over two separate rings. I would recommend it.

CV Life products are the best I've used in their price range. At their price point they have several competitors, but from my experience, I'll pick CV Life every time. These mounts didn't disappoint, I needed a mount to put a scope further out then the picatinny rail on my FX Impact would allow, and these did the trick. Sorry no pics, those keep getting flagged....

I used this for a Burris Fullfield 6.5x-20x rifle scope with a 1" tube, and it seems like a decent budget scope mount option.Obviously, you get what you pay for. CVLIFE is not a big name brand so we need to set expectations that this product is probably not for hard use / duty use. I am not really in a position to test durability so I can only speak in impressions. The materials on the mount seem fine. It seems like quality aluminum and the screws seem secure.The mount design is good. It lifts the cantilever portion off the rail, so that you can potentially hang the mount "over" your AR handguard. The unit looks fine. Perhaps the CVLIFE logo is too prominent, not a deal breaker though.I really appreciate the torque specs being printed on the unit. It is super annoying when you have to dig out a user manual or sticky note that has the manufacturer's torque specs, and this product has probably inspired me to write these specs on my other mounts.

I have tried a number of products from CVLIFE and so far I have been pleased, even impressed. I would not hesitate trying their scope mounting hardware. This mount is solid, uses torx screws, as it should, and has a nice slick profile.I like the oversized rail bolts with flat cuts - you can remove your scope with an improvised tool as a last resort. But it prevents me from using my torque wrench to set precise torque, so I'd say that's a "half a negative" :)

TLDR: Perfectly functional cantilever at a lower price than brand names and accomplishes the same thing.Previously I have purchased Vortex cantilever mounts which are about three times the price as this. When building your setup, there are some areas you don't want to save money on, and other areas that are significantly less important and money can be saved on. For the main setup itself, barrel, bolt carrier group, and fire control group. Then your optic. Much of the remaining pieces are much more simple, cut pieces of aluminum, detents, springs, and while not important, don't put a walmart scope on a geissele setup.What's my point? Your scope mount is an area that in my opinion it's ok to save a few dollars on. Assuming it's true (straight and correctly aligned) and has a solid grip to your rail and optic, you're good to go.I removed my Vortex Strike Eagle from its Vortex mount, and removed the mount from rail, replacing it with this mount and reattaching the scope. Still hitting tight groups without having to re-zero the optic. So no complaints.

Personally I like the cantilever design of the scope mounts because it provides an extra flexibility to setup a comfortable eye relief. Although this manufacturer is pretty new to me I have a few mounts made by them that I consider well made and sturdy. This one is no exception. It has a nice look and feel to it. I tested it by zeroing it, removing it, reattaching it and the mount did maintain the zero. Being a budget mount (price wise) of very good quality it is a good one to keep handy in your rifle scope mounts collection.
