This water bowl has a good capacity and is easy to refill. My cat loves this dispenser as the water bowl is large and he does not get his whiskers crimped. Love that you can just pull the bottle out to clean and refill.

It is so convenient to have this on a mat on the floor so that you’re not running back-and-forth to the sink getting water for the dog just fill it up drink whenever they like and it’s not messy. You don’t get splatters all over the floor. It’s a great product.

Having two medium sized dogs they can sometimes finish off a regular water bowl quite quickly especially in the summer. Having this ensures they have access to water all day no matter how late I work. The quality of this bowl seems pretty good after only a few weeks of use.

I’ve had the bowls for about a year, I ordered 2 bowls since we have stairs to keep one up and one down. The bowls worked great for a while and now they leak very quickly and all of the slip resistant tabs are in. I’ve made sure the bowl was secure multiple times and the water still pours out of them. Also, the water dispenser is cleaned on a regular, along with the bowls and both of them keep developing mold so my pets can no longer use these bowls. They are in open areas as stated in the instructions and the issue persists. Hopefully I can find some that work really well and won’t develop mold or any build up.

This was a great purchase; holds more than enough water for a few days (and more) away. Works well, easy to clean, barely gets slim or dirty, durable and non slip. Cat loves it; has no problems with drinking from this.

I really like this and believe it's a great quality for the price!! I've had it close to 3 months and it's holding up well for my growing kitten. I love not having to worry about if he's tumped his water or run out. So far no issues with leaking or my cat knocking it over. It's easy enough to refill. I have found that it stays cleaner if I keep it further away from his food bowl and litter box. Maybe that's common sense, but if you're a fellow new cat parent then learn from my experience! I also keep this away from surfaces my cat climbs on so that he's not tempted to use it as a launch or landing pad.

TL;DR: This thing broke on me 7 weeks after purchase. Don’t waste your money.So I originally rated this bowl 5 stars, but just dropped to 1 star after what just happened.I just moved into my own place and obviously had to get my dog set up with food and water bowls. I loved the way this thing looked and bought two of them, thinking they were dual-purpose and I could use one for food one for water.Obviously I wasn’t thinking clearly as I was overwhelmed with moving-related tasks but these things do not work for food, only water. Bummer, but I figured I’d have a backup in case I was ever dog sitting and needed to set up two. No biggie.It’s now been 7 weeks and 3 days or so since I bought this water bowl, and I just pulled a spring out of my dog’s mouth. I had no idea where it came from but upon further inspection, noticed it came from this water bowl. The plastic piece inside completely cracked and went inside his bowl. I’m lucky I caught the spring when I did, and lucky the larger plastic pieces didn’t get ingested. Who knows what that would have done to my dog.For reference, my dog isn’t large and I only need to refill this thing every 2-3 days. This means I’ve only touched the container 26 or so times, give or take.Luckily I do have my accidental backup bowl, but first thing tomorrow I will be getting a replacement and throwing these away. They’re dangerous, poor quality, and didn’t last long at all. It’s a shame, really, as they’re a great looking product. Do not buy.

Update to my original review. The company reached out and asked if there was something they could do to help with my issue. After more thoroughly explaining the issue I was having, They made a suggestion and it worked. That was to put the white section (i call it the sleeve in my head) in the bowl and lock it in 1st and then the water bottle itself. I was afraid I'd have a mess but it worked like a charm. The water bottle cap keeps it from just running out so tipping the bottle over to place it was fine. No mess or leaks. Great customer service.I bought this because it resembled an old gravity water bowl I used to have. I didn't realize that the white section slides down and "locks" into position. It is difficult for me as the part that sits in the base is the spring so it doesn't just sit solidly in the base while you lock it down. It will work for what I need but it's not what I expected. The company warns about making sure the base interior is dry in their instructions so I haven't had any leak issues (yet).
