Love this product. After a year and half the charge thing came loose got a second one and charge the old one battery with new unit and listening with ear plugs when I do night work when no body is around to bother me. Guess charger broke for a reason.

Great little device. I can use it while driving not with earplugs for safety reasons. I use it when cooking and doing chores. I use it when others are watching TV. While relaxing on the patio, I have been receiving the Lord's word more now than I ever did. Praise God I now have a device that can be used during world distractions. A blessing for sure.

This helps expose you to the Bible when you don't have time to sit and read. I plug in an extension speaker and run the program when I'm working outside. I also like the beautiful music included in the 3rd section. I've even used it as background at a memorial service at our church. And the "repeat" button keeps it playing in a loop. Great battery life too. A real good investment if you're wanting to spend more time with Scriptures.

This was a great purchase when I don’t feel like reading I can listen. I can take it to the gym or art studio and it comes with ear phones. Just one charge can get you hours of play. This is better than cds cause it’s not always coveient to take them everywhere. This is so compact too so does not take a lot of room in your purse. I advise to get a hard case which I found for 10.00 now I’m very secure.

I've got a collection of bibles but in my senior years, I fall asleep just reading 2 pages! This is like someone is reading to me, don't have worry about loosing my place on the page. Of course I can't do anything about my age, I still fall asleep but not till a bunch of chapters heard first. I think for someone who has trouble with vision is great! Don't need glasses! And it's pretty loud too. Wish they made an ear piece to go with it. It will make an awesome Christmas gift. Oh, it comes with instructions on how to pick a chapter. Cool gift.

I bought TWO of them. And am recommending them to friends. I read my Bible but bought these to run in my apt 24/7 - upstairs and downstairs. Battery life is long.I am thankful I found this model because most are KJV and even though I'm not listening, sometimes I do if my phone is in a different room (and thus my worship play list on Spotify,) and if I am listening I prefer NIV to KJV. I'd found the Wonder BIble, but many people said the reading of it was overly dramatized and annoying.Originally I'd bought 2 MP3 players, but decided to return them for audio Bibles. One reason is because of the variance in the tone and volume of separately recorded songs (iTunes etc - high pitches of Lauren Daigle vs lower ones of Shane & Shane for instance) so the contrast to the reader on this device is very pleasant. Whoever is doing the reading here has a beautiful, sonorous, well-modulated tone that is even soothing when I can just barely hear it playing in the other room.

It's easy to operate, and I love listening to it. The reading voices are very clear and easy to understand, and it has a good speaker installed. I just have to learn to convert the books of the Bible to their numerical listening index, which isn't difficult, and besides, they include a copy in the user manual. I like that I can fall asleep listening to the Bible being read at night, and have it play all night while I'm sleeping, instead of the television or radio. I can put it in a loop so that it plays a particular chapter, or book, over and over all night, or will play straight thru the testament I choose. To do this I press the loop button 1, 2 or 3 times, and a corresponding number will show in the led readout. I hope that in the future the makers will include an option to choose a random range to listen to in a loop, e.g. Mark 2 - John 3. Also, it needs better earbuds; the ones included are pretty cheap, and I don't know how anyone can keep them in their ears. Luckily though, the earbuds is easy to remedy by just purchasing a better set. The battery life is really good and probably lasts about 12 hours. I've played mine several hours consecutively at night and I only used about 50% to 70% of the battery power. Also, I can play it through my vehicle radio while driving, via the auxiliary input, or just turn the volume up on the device and listen. I do, whole heartedly recommend this product. They come in several Bible versions, dramatized and non-dramatized. My son bought me the KJV, and now I bought the NKJV, ASV, and NIRV non-dramatized versions.
