Repair your leaky faucet with this 12H-6H/C Stem for Price Pfister. Fixing a dripping faucet is an inexpensive alternative to replacing the entire faucet fixture. This stem is constructed from durable brass and is suitable for both hot- and cold-water applications. It is designed to fit Price Pfister OEM Widespread bath and Lavatory Faucet 49 Series (old style), D06 and Q06 series.

It can be challenging to seek out certain Price Pfister replacement parts, especially those now considered obsolete. Fortunately, I found that Danco offers a damn-near perfect re-creation of the 12H-6H/C stem assembly in brass, that I desperately needed. Only one of the four faucets in my 30+ year-old twin vanity sinks was leaking; nonetheless, I ordered four (4) stem assemblies (w/o-rings & washer) to keep in household stock (you never know when you''ll need one, only that eventually you will). Unfortunately, one of the shipped stem assemblies was missing an integral part. I emailed the vendor, Jenco Wholesale Inc., got a response within 24 hours, and a replacement stem assembly in two days. Now that is some excellent customer service! The assembled stem fit perfectly, eliminating the annoying leak. I know the other three aging faucets will eventually leak, but now I'm ready to deal with the inevitable. The replacement parts worked as intended; the price was good; and the customer service is worthy of praise. Well done!

We put these in and made an old sink feel new again. Felt good to turn off the faucet and not see it leak anymore.

This is the key replacement part for Price Pfister faucets installed in my house when it was built in 1978. They work well. Every 5-10 years I replace them because of hard water scale buildup.

Got it today and installed it in less than 5 minutes. No leaks. Worked perfectly. It does come with a replacement 'seat', but I wasn't able to install that because I didn't have the right tool for it.
