I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing this. It is much smaller than the replacement cover I ended up buying. You must cut your check registers to fit the cover. I sent an email that I wanted to return it. I received a message that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. It is 108 hours and still no return email. I would not buy from this company again.

Good quality leather and stitching. Nice thick clear flap divider for duplicate checks. Very nice interior cloth. Leatherslots for credit cards and a clear slot for your drivers license.

For the low price, this is a good product. The interior slits and spaces for the checks and the check record are just a bit tight. I think it’s made from real leather — it looks and feels like it, but it would be good if it were stamped so there’s no doubt. I would recommend this item. Service was fast.

Great product. Great leather. My checkbooks fit in it perfectly. Just about a fifth of an inch larger in each direction than my prior checkbook cover. This one is real leather and excellent quality. I am very happy.

A checkbook cover is probably going the way of the dodo bird, but we still use one for the time being. This one was reasonably priced and is of good quality, I did, however, have a hard time getting the checks to fit in it, as it is a very tight fit. I trimmed the part of the check book that goes in the pocket and will need to do that for each new one. But now that I know this is required, it will be easy to do.

The cover that I received is not at all as pictured in the ad. It was a very thin cheap quality leather....something one might find in a dollar store or at a carnival. It was not lined or textured....the plastic divider is not large enough to cover the check. This is not the kind of item usually sold on Amazon. Some reviews describe a very different cover from mine. I certainly will not use it!

it's nothing like the picture, which looks like leather. It is a thick suede. Nice. I know it will hold up, but because of the suede, it is thicker than I wanted.
