If you don't have the proper tool to remove the valve torsion springs from a BMW head it can be extremely dangerous! This tool is well made and should easily be able to handle the spring load to do the job properly and safely. It covers a variety of applications so it's a good investment because chances are you'll end up needing it more than once, especially if you work on BMWs frequently.
