Most lifting and holding magnets I've used are continuous. These didn't specify, but I figured I'd try em for a home project. They get too hot to touch after an hour running with an industrial power supply. I'm guessing these have about a 20% duty cycle after messing with it.They do hold the advertised weight and function with no difficulty.
