This is a great starter kit for removing brims from your 3d prints. I like that it comes with extra blades and the drill attachment so that if I ever need to make a custom sized bolt for modding my printers I can do so without worrying about the end being sharp.

This is a well made and functional deburring set. It works quite well on PVC and most unhardened metals. The inclusion of several additional blades (both large and small) only add to the value of this set. The outer deburring attachment fit a standard drill chuck and makes quick work of rods and screws that have been cut. Overall, a good value at the price point.

So picture a study mechanical pencil with a deburring blade on the end and you have the perfect description of this tool. It’s not super robust, but it’s ok for light duty jobs. It handles plastic (plastic, petg) ok but I don’t think I would try using it on metal (nor pvc either) it’s just not a rugged tool. It is small, compact, good for getting into smaller spaces, and working on delicate items. At $22 at the time of this review I believe it’s over priced but it’s convenient. I’m using this on 3d prints so I won’t be using the drill attachment, so that’s not a selling point for me. I do like that it comes with a bunch of extra blades and a case for them. My qualm with it is that while it’s easy to change the blade by a quarter twist of the collar, it’s also easy to unlock the blade while using.

I've been using just a pocket knife or razor to clean up the edges of PVC piples and such after cutting to length. Didn't know such a tool (the swivel head thing) existed. Well, I do now, and I'm tickled pink with it.I will say it works better on the inside than the outside, but it still works better than risking my digits with a sharp knife. I'd have been happy with just one blade, but this thing comes with 8 spares (in large size and small). Cool. Also included is a deburring tool that fits a drill chuck and is used to clean up the edges metal pieces, particularly, rods, screws, allthread... I've usually just pulled out a file to clean these up after cutting, but this tool is faster, better and more uniform. Double cool.Pretty inexpensive, especially considering how much fiddling around it will save me. Great tool for the shop.

The VASTHOME Deburring External Chamfer Tool is a versatile and practical addition to any toolkit. It comes with a variety of replacement blades in different sizes, making it suitable for a wide range of projects, from metal and resin to copper pipes and PVC. The high-speed steel swivel blades perform efficiently, ensuring a smooth finish on various materials. The included drill bit adds to its functionality, making it a comprehensive tool for deburring needs. The handle is made of plastic and feels sturdy in hand, though I do have some concerns about its durability with prolonged use. While it seems robust enough for casual tasks, it may not hold up as well under heavy, frequent use. This makes it an affordable option for casual users who need a reliable tool for occasional tasks. However, for more intensive projects, a more robust tool might be necessary.Despite the handle's potential longevity issues, the tool's overall performance is commendable. It's a practical choice for those looking for a budget-friendly solution. The variety of replacement blades enhances its versatility, allowing it to tackle different materials and project requirements. The tool's design is user-friendly, making it easy to handle and operate.Overall, the VASTHOME Deburring External Chamfer Tool offers good value for its price. It provides a reliable solution for deburring tasks, especially for those who don't need a heavy-duty tool. The ease of use and variety of blades make it a handy addition to any DIY enthusiast's collection. While it may not be the most durable option for heavy use, it certainly meets the needs of casual users effectively.

This tool is great for a lot of things actually, the chamfer tool can be used on 3d prints, pipes, bolts, etc. It will create a rounded over edge that is burr free, and ready to use. The debur tool works on the interior surfaces doing the same. The tools appear to be well made, and should hold up to average use.

Good light duty tool, but with litmited strength due to a plastic handle and collet. Functioned fine and as expected to chamfer ragged bits from drilled out holes. I am concerned about putting a lot of pressure to debur steel, due to the entire handle being plastic with out a lot of study substance. Functions well for 3d printed items though. It comes with an extra packet of blades. For light duty it is a nicely functioning tool.

I have been building plastic models for nearly 40 years, and 3d printing functional prints for just shy of five. I have always used a hobby knife to clean my edges and flashing. I have looked at these for the last few years and thought "why?" I finally caved and tried one. What a difference. Whereas a hobby knife requires a learned finesse of angle, speed, and pressure, as well as drawing a straight blade towards your thumb, this just works. The swiveled head and curved blade adjust to the proper angle without having to think at all about it. There's almost no risk of accidental gouging and the blunted ball at the end of the blade helps mitigate the chances of slipping leading to a sliced thumb. This is absolutely great.
