Probably saved me the cost of purchase in the last two trips I took. Able to buy diesel where it is significantly cheaper and with a new cruising range of over 1000 miles, I can pass by the pricey fuel places.

Okay for the price. I bought two tanks at once for a couple of my trucks. One of the tanks was dented up pretty good. There was a dent on the front of it also where the pump goes in was dented pretty good. The pump actually sits at an angle because the top was dented in so much.

This is a very nice tank and as an added bonus it came with all mounting hardware. Powder coat job was very well done. All welds were good and tank has no leaks. Why 4 stars? Well, its a big awkward tank and Dee Zee just sets in a box with zero prep and hopes for the best. Two of the four mounting tabs were bent, one being folded all the way back to the tank. I accepted shipment in hopes that I could get it straight without breaking the tab or the weld and I did. I dont know why they cant just secure those tabs for shipment.

It does not fit my truck and now after waiting to get it installed its too late to return. They would have to cut the bottom of the box in order for it to lower to be flush with bottom of truck box. And they said the tank was 19" high, but add the filler and its 21", too high!! Tanks is constructed well its the install I'm very upset about. Contacted the manufacturer and they don't have one any smaller that would fit. They must have had this before on an F250 Crew Cab! So I have an $800 tank and $120 hardware connector that is useless to me. _#(*%&)(*&)%*&#%

We installed this on my buddy’s 2014 Dodge Ram 2500. He travels a lot so he sometimes needs extra supply of gas. I am impressed with the build quality of the tank however the fuel lid doesn't looks made of that high quality. That is something that the company can improve on. Also the lid should be tethered to the tank the way vehicle fuel tank lid is. My buddy is happy with the install and so far its going great. I will update the review to let the people out here know, the performance of the tank. I hope this review helps.
