This Is NOT a bidet toilet its a heated toilet with an electric flush. Customer service is A++++ in case you have any questions.

We bought this toilet in a whim thinking what could go wrong. The reviews were good. It’s called a bidet but it doesn’t have a bidet function. It’s really loud and it takes like 5-6 flushes to properly flush #2. I think we end up using more water thank a reg toilet with a tank.
