I purchased roman shades and they came sooner than expected and exactly as I ordered them. The quality is very good and the shades work well. I put them over my sliding glass door for privacy but because of the nature of my door, there is a gap. I reached out to the company and asked if they could just send me some fabric to match my current shades so that I could sew something to cover the gap. They responded to me very promptly and sent me exactly what I asked for at a very good price. Plus, I received the fabric in less than a week. I am so impressed with the customer service of this company. If you are on the fence about ordering, just do it. They are wonderful and great to work with!

I read numerous reviews from customers who purchased shades from DEJAVU, as I was seeking a quality Roman shade for our new bathroom. To match our bathroom decor, I ordered 13 fabric samples for $20.00, which was entirely worth it, especially since the company ships from China. This ensured I received the correct color, fabric, and size. The company’s communication was exceptional for a high-volume Amazon seller, and the shipping was impressively fast. I have received the fabrics in a week and half. The shade is high-quality, looks beautiful, and fits perfectly! I’m thrilled to have chosen them over Home Depot and other stores, where a non-custom shade of the same size would have cost over $300.00. Instead, I paid $180.00 for our window. We bought these blinds awhile back and with in a year one jammed. Had it replaced and was charged $60. Now it’s jammed in the down position again.Both blinds are jammed in down position now.They’re short bathroom blinds! We even pulled them down carefully with both hands and still jammed on us.
