I found a recipe online that used a contraption like this and I will say, I'm impressed. I followed the directions on the website, which recommended to put it in the oven, but the temperature gauge isn't rated for that heat, so I don't recommend. I'd only recommend using in a steamer. If anyone is interested, I used The Burger Dude's Roast Beef Recipe. 10/10

Worked perfectly and was nice quality, but the meat thermometer doesn't register the temperature high enough easy fix if you have another on hand

Love it! At first I thought it would be too small, but it’s actually a perfect size. Did my first homemade ham and it’s taste good and no added chemicals aka preservatives. Fairly easy say to make it, easy to clean.

I tested it with making chicken lunch meat. I actually made it in an Instant Pot. 40 minutes for a full tube. Came out perfectly.

The first batch chicken loaf we made was totally delicious! Would have liked to see a recipe book of sorts, but looking forward to trying new recipes and not relying on the stores much anymore to pick up cold cuts!
