The box I received contained the incorrect thread-on spout rather than the slip on spout specified in the description. While Delta customer service was happy to ship out the correct spout, now I have an incomplete tub installation and my plumber will have to return in 4-8 days when the correct part arrives.Edited- changed to 1 star because the replacement faucet Delta sent (4 week delay because it was back ordered) was defective. While customer service was happy to send ANOTHER replacement spout, I’m approaching 2 months without resolution.I paid extra for Delta faucets because of their reputation but I will NEVER choose Delta again after this debacle.

I am a Delta fan. I have a Delta tab faucetand needed to replace the trim - the old looked "old". This was a great deal because for the price of the valve alone (about $50) I got the complete set. Used the trim and saved the valve for later when I will have to replace it.
