Lasted 2 years which means it wasn't really rebuilt they likely swapped out a failed part and put it back together quick test and it was fine. Not worth having to replace every 2 years especially at this price when the original lasted 11 years.

Denso is the EXACT part that the dealership uses. Just a different box. Great Quality and $200 cheaper

Highly recommended! Installed and my battery discharging issues went away. This is a brand you can trust, from my experience, and a certified refurbished part with excellent final quality. It's hard to get a brand new unit anyways.

Why go with any other brand when Denso makes OEM for Honda? They know what they are doing. If you can't get OEM, get Denso. Only thing I would note is my rebuild one came from Denso USA, whereas OEM is Denso Japan. I prefer Denso Japan but it is next to impossible to know before purchase. My original had over 200k, and really only failed because I had the dreaded Vtec solenoid gasket oil leaking all over it and likely was the root cause of the burnout. I even thought about trying to clean out the OEM and replace components until I found Denso rebuilt ones and figured I would not bother.I wish we had dedicated rebuilders that will take apart, replace bearings, and rewind our OEM alternators like they used to (and still do in other countries like mexico, india etc...) but since it is nearly impossible for most to find rebuilders this is the next best thing to OEM.

Yes , I know all the part stores call for a different model . Nope . Buy this 1 for half the cost .Denso company rebuilt . Came inside a Denso branded box .Brand new build quality from Denso means they RULE!.Fit PERFECT first try . No grinding needed at all . (this is my 4 alternator I have installed)Battery light immediately went offChecked voltage with a meter .Pushing the 120 amps these vans need to run the multitude of accessories.Do NOT hesitate , Buy it . It will save you money and the time it would take to replace it if using another brand . Denso ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK with my Hondas .And again THANK YOU Amazon Prime !!!!Every store in town ZERO stock , Prime had us driving within 3 days . Yes ! I love it .

Great price and quality. Identical in looks to the genuine OEM unit. Like other reviews I did measure the thickness of the wider bracket and it was 0.3mm wider than the original. I used an angle grinder to make this slightly thinner so it matched the original which took less than 1 minute, and it went in perfectly no issues. My 2011 Honda Odyssey is fixed and works perfectly!
