Factory direct fit for my Toyota. Did come pre charged with oil, not vehicle capacity, but recommended amount for compressor replacement still works great months later

This was a heck of a deal. Local shops wanted $400 for a compressor, and Denso is the OEM for my car !! Now installed and working great. First one lasted 15 years...........don't expect to replace this one ever again.

This unit was the same as the original equipment for my 2000 Toyota Avalon. It came with 8 oz of PAG oil in the unit and with installation instructions. I did have to use the service port of the old unit so that the hoses would clear the alternator. This unit arrived within one day even using Amazon Prime. Be aware that ac work is not for the novice and is very time consuming. My old unit had locked up, so I had to flush the whole system which involved many hours for me and then evacuate the system thoroughly and recharge. I also replaced the condenser and expansion valve which I bought on Amazon too. Also O ring replacements throughout. The evaporator flush involves removing part of the dash on the passenger side. Messy and time consuming. There are parts on the ac unit that you absolutely do not flush through. The compressor and expansion valve being just two. There are videos and instruction on various sites online. For those who think that ac work is just a replace and install, do not this work unless you have the experience, tools and time to do it right. :)
