Heating vehicles is a challenge in cold climates. DENSO's PS heater cores are an innovative, modular product line for keeping vehicle occupants comfortably warm. They consist of a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) heater integrated in a straight-flow heater core. In addition to cold-climate applications, they could prove useful as auxiliary heaters in hybrid cars and other vehicles whose engines spin off little heat.
