Its a really beautiful piece of art. Runs in silence because you can't really hear the little motor running the mill. Its just perfect.

I have LOVED Charles Dickens since I was a wee lad. His stories have resonated with me through my entire life. Admittedly, I sometimes dress as though I were Charles himself, and being able to immerse myself within his time with these well-crafted and endearing houses has made me feel ever-more closer to the legend. I love to lay on the floor surrounded by these houses and feel like I am in the past. A great buy and a great gift!

Looks just like the photo, the moving wheel is very quiet and really makes the mill stand out from other items in the village. Got it as a gift for family and they loved it.

This is such a cute little addition to my village. I like that it's a little different in the way that it has a moving part and isn't just another lighted building. I also like that it plugs into an outlet and doesn't run on battery as it would get too expensive to run after a while. Although it IS a lighted building, it doesn't have as many openings for light to pour through as some of the other lighted buildings but that's ok because the star of this piece is the turning wheel. Get it! You won't be disappointed!

This is a good piece and the spinning wheel adds a nice touch. Some have complained that there is less light coming from this piece as compared to others. True but if you think about it the light is fitting for a piece like this. Most mills would have been lighted by candle or lantern at most. It is just as I would have expected. Great piece and good addition to our ever growing village.
