Surf shop is a great addition to my train village. I was looking for a product that was not Christmas like most of my collection. Size is a little smaller than expected but it gives me room for other pieces and figures.

This arrived last night and inside the part was broken. The box was not damaged and it was packed well so it looks like it was constructed badly. We have ordered several "houses" and am concerned about the quality now. These are not "cheap"......

Just opened the box only to find some items from the front of the building are missing. They were nowhere to be found in the box or packaging. It's almost like someone removed these items since it would seem unlikely they would break off. Items missing: the skateboard and body board on the front of the building.
