I make greeting cards and do scrapbooking. I have lots of tools that I use in the craftroom, but sponge daubers are one of the things I use the most. They are great to add a little distressing ink onto the edges of card and scrapbooking elements. Unfortunately, sponges break down after a while and rubbing them along the edges of paper make them crumble faster. Sponge daubers are a consumable product. They are meant to be replaced when they wear out. Since I use them often, I am always checking prices for the best deals. This package costs less than other brands and actually contains more daubers. In terms of quality, these seem about the same as ones I have used in the past. I did notice an odor when I opened the package. I don't think that will change their durability and I suspect the odor will dissipate after a while.

These little daubers are probably my most favorite tool to do stenciling on fabric! They work great, are inexpensive and are easily replaceable. I do hold them in my hand rather than stick them onto the end of my finger, but for kids, I think this would make their painting experience more fun. Thanks for a product that works great and is affordable.
