The instructions for BOTH the child’s and adult’s sweaters are included in the pattern and it looks good on everyone no matter what age. The sweater is knit in pieces and sewn together. Also, if you would rather have a plain sweater you can always knit it in stockinette stitch instead of rib. Skill Level: Intermediate SIZES: Child’s XXS(XS-S-M-L) Adult’s 36(38-40-42-44-46-48-50) inches. FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: Child’s 22(26-28 1/2-32 1/2-34) inches. Adult’s34(36-38-40-42-44-46-48-50) inches. YARN: Child’s 475(650-775-925-1100) yards. Adult’s 1110(1220-1330-1440-1555-1660-1770-1880)yards. NEEDLES: #4 & #7 straight needles OR size needed for gauge. #4 circular 16” for neck.
