Zero Waste Food Storage Solutions
Why It's Designed with A Separable Liner

For Both A Few Days' and Two Weeks' Worth of Bread Storage

1. Freshly baked bread can be placed in the cloth bag (remove the inner) without cooling, ensuring that the bread from airborne contaminants and critters alike, and allowing the moisture in the bread to evaporate naturally. It can be stored for 3 days

2. If the bread in the cloth bag is not eaten within 3 days and needs to be extended, the bread can be stored in the TPU liner, then in the cloth bag and placed in the refrigerator. The shelf life of the bread can be extended by 10 days

Happy Mother's Day
  • The benefits of using reusable bread bags include:

1.Saving money in the long term

    2.Reducing waste and environmental impact

    3.Supporting sustainable practices

    4.Keeping bread fresher for longer

  • The moisture of fresh bread has not yet evaporated. If placed in the TUP inner bag, the moisture that needs to be evaporated will be trapped, making the bread soggy and may cause mold. Therefore, the liner needs to be removed when storing fresh bread

  • Moisture evaporation (not just cooling) is essential, but timing is uncontrollable due to humidity/bread size. This exposes bread to dust, pests (e.g., rodents), and contamination risks during the waiting period. It is necessary to store it in a bag

  • The moisture of the bread evaporates after 3 days in the cloth bag, reducing the breeding conditions of mold. At this time, a waterproof and moisture-proof TUP liner bag is needed to isolate the moisture in the air to extend the shelf life

  • While it's challenging to maintain that day-1 chewy, crunchy crust, we recommend toasting your bread a bit to regain some of the crunchiness

These bread bags are wonderful. The inner liner is much smaller than the bag though. Also the inner liners. The zipper is not sturdy at all. We have one bag and where the zipper is just broken now. It's a simple plastic ring pole. Kind of like it's a block but when you pull it open it just comes all the way off the side and then you have just an open plastic liner inside of the bag. I do like how the bag comes around together and cooked onto itself so you can hook it on whatever you want. The storage capacity is great though, even though the liner is smaller than the bag itself. It would be wonderful to use the bag itself for something else that you need and then just like cook it on the baby stroller or a bike even.

Daughter recently got into making her own bread, these bags really help to seal in the freshness of home made and are BPA free to boot, not that I understand what that means but my wife liked it. They have a nice seal and liner, the size is just right for her sourdough loafs and it looks nice to boot. These are not cheap but as they are infinitely reusable the cost theoretically depreciates with each loaf of bread.

I am very happy with the bread bags. They keep my sourdough soft for several days. They seem to be made very well.

I have been learning to make homemade bread during the past year, and part of that journey is learning how to keep it at its freshest. I have used a variety of bags, and so far these are my favorite. These combine a zipper and a rolled top with a simple latch; the lining is food grade plastic that has not retained any odors and is easy to clean. The exterior is a wipe-clean polyester. The bags are two different colors, which is nice if I have two different breads and need to know which is which without labeling. The bags are machine washable, but I just wash them out in the kitchen sink and turn them inside out before propping them over the drain to air-dry overnight. My preservative-free sandwich bread keeps for an entire week without becoming too dry, and none of them have developed mold. I do store them in the refrigerator. I would absolutely buy these again.

These bread bags are well-made and do a good job keeping bread fresh, thanks to the liner and triple-lock design. The reusable aspect is great, and they feel durable. Bonus that the linen bags can be used for shopping too, I suppose. That said, the price seems a bit steep for what they are. If you bake often and want a quality storage solution, they’re worth considering, but I’m not sure they justify the cost for everyone.
