I got this to use as my first aide box. Holds everything and I don’t mind that it sits out on the bookshelf so it’s handy. We put a magnetic sticker over the bread label.

Love this breadbox. Good size & sturdy. Roomy for several pkg of bread. Looks like the old fashioned style. Also love the color.

Have mice in my lake house so I needed something to keep my bread and other temptations safe on the counter. Nice product. Held one loaf of homemade bread, a dozen donuts and some chocolates with room to spare. Didn't give it five stars because of the silly "BREAD" label. Luckily it is on only one side so I put the labeled side against the wall.

To be honest, I was pretty skeptical about this item. I didn’t grow up in a house where we had a bread box or anything, but now as an adult I make my own bread and until now would keep them in a Ziploc, thinking that was the best option. I heard about cloth bags and almost made one out of organic cotton, but I have to protect my food from stupid earwigs and I don’t think the drawstring closure would’ve been sufficient. I’m obsessed with the 1930s/40s WWII era and was watching a video on the British Imperial Museum YouTube page when I saw this exact enamel bread box on the stereotypical 1940’s home video. So I started researching and saw many people raving about bread tins. I decided to go for it and I’m in love! Both my husband and I were skeptical that this was going to keep our bread from going stale but it works better than the Ziploc! I learned that the plastic bag actually traps moisture causing the bread to mold faster—and that bread actually needs to breathe. This design is perfect for allowing airflow but also keeping the critters out. The lid fits snuggly on mine but not in a cumbersome kind of way. It’s admittedly too big for my needs (usually holding just one loaf) BUT I love it nevertheless, and plan on keeping this forever. It was also very easy to clean. My only complaint is that the “A” in bread has a flaw/smudge but you can only see it up-close. If you’re wondering, we have had this loaf in there for 7 days now and it’s still very moist and no signs of mold or grossiness.

Perfect size for corner of my kitchen counter, and it is easy to move. There is enough room inside for 2 loaves of bread. The lid fits securely. I would recommed.

The box is very small (less than half the size I was hoping for). I was foolish and didn't check measurements. To return it would cost me almost the same as the box did so no use sending it back. Not happy but all I can do is warn others!

Lots of room and looks great. No issues with this product and frees up a lot of counter space. Couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase.
