This frother is quick and super quiet and works well to froth different kinds of milk. Heats up nicely. Works best with whole milk. Does okay with almond milk, too. Not much froth with other kinds of milk like oat and coconut. I had one problem with it but it was taken care of by Rey at Devinc (manufacturer). One day after I owned it for about 2 months and used it daily, the selector button stopped working. I tried unplugging and plugging it back in it but it still didn't work. It was past the Amazon return point. I looked up the company's customer support number. I called and after a short wait I spoke with a representative named Rey. He was very kind and friendly. He understood my problem. He asked me to take a short video and send it to him. He got the video and immediately arranged for a replacement unit to be sent to me. I thanked him and went on with my day. The next day I was going to put the original unit back in the box and was going to look for a place to recycle small appliances. Before I packed it up I decided to try the button once more, even though I tried it multiple times after speaking with Rey the day before. Well, for some reason it started working again. I immediately contacted Rey to tell him that the unit was working again, and that he didn't need to send a replacement. He was happy to hear the news, but he said the replacement unit was already on its way. He said I could keep one as a backup. Now that is what I call world-class customer service! WIth a lot of companies I find it almost impossible to get through to a real person at customer service. You have to jump through a million hoops and wait a long time. Not so with Devinc. I am grateful for their help and I would recommend this company.

Worked okay for about 4.5 months and hasn’t turned on for about a week now. That’s with following the handling and cleaning instructions.

Easy to use- I like to use heavy whipping cream personally and I just fill it up to the line, add some flavor if I'm feeling like it (I just discovered I could use biscoff cookie butter 🤤) and choose what kind of foam I want. I can make it extra foamy for my coffee or really silky and smooth for my matcha latte. Cold foam, hot foam whatever you want. Perfect foam every time. The button is very straightforward and easy to cycle through your options. It's also really quiet, so I don't wake my husband up if I get up before him.Easy to clean- rinse it out, wipe it down. Just be careful not to get the bottom part too wet because that's where it connects to the base with the electricity. The whisk mechanism inside also comes out and goes back on with little difficulty.Easy to store- it's very lightweight and not very big so it's easy to get in and out of the cupboard and put it where you need it.

So many uses to elevate your drinks! Hot or cold foam for your coffee/cappuccinos or steamed milk (also foamy but not wholly) for delicious cups of hot cocoa that my kid goes crazy for! Easy to use and easy to clean. High functioning and durable. Great value for the price!

This does such a great job of warming and frothing milk, it's been amazing for both coffee and hot chocolate, just a few minutes and I've got a decadent hot drink. It's quick, quiet and beginner friendly! Also great for iced drinks, but it's been rather chilly so I've been sticking to the warm ones :D

This is an amazing frother and steamer of your looking to add something like this to your kitchen, It has a great directions, heats the milk perfectly not too hot not too cold, Really easy to use and easy to clean. Honestly its better price and product that professional ones i’ve tried. The froth comes exactly like starbucks or dunking and doesn’t make any noise.
