Not my only bell hanger bit. A different brand (Dewalt) has the cross hole though the flutes near the tip so when you tie your wire to it, the wire doesn't cross the flutes as you pull though the hole you drilled. I use this with ethernet cable runs. Sucks when your pull wire breaks.I attached a photo to make it clearThe container they put the drill in is way better than the the one Dewalt uses.

Bores beautiful straight round holes through just about anything. Great when using 1/2" galvanized bolts to hold deck structures together. It's long enough to go through multiple 6x6s even on 45 degree angles while maintaining a straight hole. Important for smooth bolt applications.

I drilled through a 2x wood sole plate and 3/4” plywood by inserting the bit through a single gang size hole in the drywall about 14” above the floor. The bit felt sturdier than I expected and the single Ethernet cable fit through no problem. This was the perfect product for my application and I would recommend it to anyone wanting doing the same thing.

Great Bit, went through 2 pieces of concrete floors and walls a total of 48 inches of poured concrete with no problem and still drilling ,with no hesitation. Old town library. Thanks .
