I bought these socks to use on my road bike. They worked great. I used them for a riding in the rain or on cold days when I want a little extra wind protection. They will definitely keep your feet dry from the outside, but you will feel some Perspiration gathering on the inside. This is no big deal for Day rides but for extended rides, you’d probably wanna have two pairs of socks and invert one pair to let them dry. When I wash these in the washing machine, I definitely have to dry them out from both sides.

Love these, they keep your feet warm and dry even through puddles and storms. I find them comfortable and not too thick, worth the money

Wer nie wieder kalte oder nasse Füße haben möchte, sollte zu dieser Marke greifen. Es ist das 2. Paar, was ich mir gekauft habe. Der Preis ist nicht gerade gering, aber es handelt sich um eine wirklich besondere Struktur, die diese Qualität bietet. Möchte sie nicht mehr missen.Wenn man sie gut pflegt, sehr langlebig. Maximal 40° Grad, ich mache meistens Handwäsche, das ist schonender.

I’m not a runner, and don’t deliberately walk through deep water, but I do walk a lot on the beach, often through tidal pools, and through standing water and boggy bits at the woodland.My walking boots occasionally leak and I hate wet feet.I’ve tried these once at the beach, walking through some eddies as the tide was going out, and although my boots got damp, my feet didn’t. I did not however, stand for protracted periods of time directly in the water though.I came home with damp boots and dry feet, so while not tested to the nth degree, they are good enough for my needs.In terms of fit, the Small fit me as a UK 5 well. They are not quite as stretchy as other thinner socks, but there is more to them (they’re much thicker than ‘regular’ socks) so I’d not expect them to be.They are expensive for a pair of socks, I’ll say that, so I suppose you have to judge how much dry feet are worth it to you. For a quick walk, maybe not, for a weekend hiking, maybe yes.

As the product says, these are a pair of waterproof socks which are soft to touch and will keep your feet dry and warm. They feel comfortable and have a good thickness to them.Due to how they are made, they have instructions as such as not wringing the socks out, as doing so will most likely ruin and destroy the waterproof nature. As such, these socks are perfect for trekking, though always an additional with you. These would be good as a secondary, protective layer against getting wet, or if your shoes are not as waterproof as you consider, or say if you're in an environment that is wet or will quickly rain and flood.As such, it's best to pick the sock size that's closest or the next size up to your foot size, as anything too small will stretch the material.

I was spraying off my bike while wearing shoes. Feet got soaked and instantly wet. I would say "water absorbing" vs "waterproof "

Purchased the socks for winter running. Wore them a fre times in road shoes and trails shoes. Did not run through puddles so don't know if they are waterproof. They did significantly reduce the air flow through myshoe to feet which was my goal. My feet were warmer. They seemed to breath since my feet were not soaking wet when done. I ordered one size up and the fit nice, not too tight.

Wore for the first time today (12/26/2023) on a 7 mile hike on wet leaf covered trails wearing trail running shoes. Good fit and comfortable, but feet started becoming damp after 3 miles; wet and uncomfortable after 5 miles. Never once stepped in puddles or mud.
