I hesitated trying to purchase a singing bowl online without being able to hear it play. I was thrilled when this one sounded perfect. I used it in my Reiki share tonight, and the sound quality was exactly what I had hoped for.I actually purchased both the 8" & the 6". Both sing b ew beautifully.

This is a quality product and was exactly what I was looking for (the mallet, not so much). The bowl is very tonal and powerful.
