At the top of the page, description states "Auto power off without operation after 15 minutes, energy saving, powered by one 9V battery(included)."Battery is NOT included, but otherwise works well. 2 stars for dishonest listing.

Since I have no other reference, it measures 1.5 FC when 12" from a moderately-sized candle (point source). Reads 2.5 FC at 24".I haven't been inside yet to see if it is adjustable.
