Check if you have ac or dc before installingMany motorcycles use ac for lights and dc for ignition and battery chargingI bought a 9-39vac to 12v dc 3A converter.Did the trick the light draws very little current.Great value, lights well, fits well .Rubber fork post ties dont last but thats a minor issue.
