Overall its a nice product but the sellers customer service leaves alot to be desired.Package arrived on time, set up was not difficult but it is missing pieces, the little rubber/silicone feet/boots. Contacted customer service and they said the missing pieces are not included with the Stainless Steel item only with the Metal. If that's the case then don't put generic instructions showing all the parts and not have a note that some parts are not included with specific items.

The dish rack is great but came without rubber sleeve piece. When I tried to contact Amazon customer service and ask to send a missing piece, they said they don’t have a specialist to help me. A week later the problem is still not resolved.

Too small! Does not hold dishes in place.Unable to stand plates. Cup and tumblers ok.I do like the utensil compartment. Holds alot of . But over all, it’s made for a 1 person that maybe doesn’t dirty many dishes

Nice little dish drainer; has a spout/funnel to allow it to sit on the counter and drain into the sink. I’m not an electric dishwasher fan. Rarely use it. But this satisfies my need.
