I bought these to bake breads in for Xmas gifts for neighbors and friends and find that with the bottom sloped, it doesn't hold the breads from the recipe I have. It calls for 2 pans and I had a lot of dough/batter left over and the end product doesn't present itself well at all for my needs.

I bake all my banana breads for my markets and customers in these! I love the low profile lid which makes it easy to stack and it’s durable. They are easy to use and look very presentable. I generally tie an organza bow around them. Good value and high performance.

I have bought these loaf pans multiple times. I sell cakes and breads in them at a farmers market. They are affordable. The raised lid is great for anything with glaze on top. The metal is a little thin, but I stack them all in a box to transport and haven’t had any dented that way. Will continue to buy.

This is the first time I have had a problem with this product. I use it for baking individual cakes. The lids, this time, don't fit properly. They need to be cut so the pan will close all the way around.
