This is for shorter scale length guitars. That is not a pro or con, simply something a lot of people might not be aware of when they see "40/41 inch".There is not much padding; a little more than dust cover bags, but not much. If you just need a free hand while carrying your guitar, this is fine. It will protect your guitar from a few mild bumps and dings, but that's about it. There is no structural support. (As clothing, this would count as a jacket rather than a coat. Perhaps even a cardigan.)It does have pockets for putting in your sheet music and other accoutrements if you want.Dual shoulder straps, which is so much preferable to a single strap in my experience. The interior also has a neck support block to keep the weight off the head stock if you lay it on the floor. Nice it theory, but it really depends on the tilt of your head stock. I suppose you could beef it up with a sock or something similar.Overall, it's decent case but I wouldn't use it for gigging. Maybe lessons or personal storage.

This NQQNQQ Water-Resistant Guitar Gig Bag Acoustic Guitars with Built-in Neck Cradle and Dual Adjustable Shoulder Straps is actually nicer than I expected.I've owned a lot of "gig bags" over the years, it's not intended to be a rugged flight case, it's intended to keep your guitar from getting scratch between your house and the "gig", thus the name "gig bag". It fits my guitars well, does a fine job of keeping them from getting scratched up in the car and at $26 I think the price is well suited for what you are getting. The fact that it has shoulder straps makes carrying your guitar even easier and leaves your hands free to carry your other items. This is a decent gig bag at a solid price.

Out of the package:Guitar Gig Bag (Model number D-KG) (Brand: NQQNQQ).Price at time of this review: $58.53.Note: I noticed what appears to be the same gig bag elsewhere that costs considerably less. This gig bag feels to be durable. The oxford (nylon I believe) shell is waterproof, and the straps and handles are attached securely. The zippers move smoothly. When I opened the lower pouch (10.5” wide and 13” deep), I found a little package that contained a holder for keys, and 6 plastic picks (Qty.2 each: 0.55mm / 0.7mm / 1.0mm). I believe they are made of nylon, or possibly celluloid. If you are like me, you will have many more picks than you do guitars, lol.I think the key holder is for holding a lock key. You can put a lock through the main zipper holes to keep the bag from being opened.I do not like the top pouch (4” wide and 6” deep) because it is difficult to get stuff out of it. My hand will not reach into the pouch. I put a capo in and had to turn the bag upside down and shake it to remove the capo.I have a Walden D550E acoustic guitar that needed a case, or bag. My Walden, which is 41” long and 15.5” at its widest part, fits snugly inside this gig bag.I give 3-Stars to this Guitar Gig Bag. I would have given more if the price point reflected what it can be obtained for elsewhere. I believe most shoppers today are savvy enough to look around for the best deal(s) they can find.I will update this review if I have any problems with this product.

If you’re an amateur, I think this bag is good enough in terms of giving protection and for convenience. But since it is not a hard case, it can give you only so much cushion. We’re only using this so we can avoid dust getting on the guitar when not in use and won’t be carrying it outdoors. It is perfect for our purpose, but don’t expect something super high quality.
