This DMI arm sling is waste of money it is no more than a piece of material with a flimsy string over it connected with a round metal that slides and makes it very uncomfortable to wear ,always adjusting it too to fit and it runs small. It’s for more of a small child it’s not an adult size and they will not refund your money because they know that this is a rinky-dink item that didn’t cost $.50 to make and they’re selling it from anywhere from seven to $12 so good luck ordering from this company. No offer NO REFUNDS Amazon should be ashamed of their selves to allow a company like this to sell on their website!

The strap going over your shoulder and behind your head needs Velcro further up, because I am a smaller person I can pull the strap more but there is no Velcro that far up, but other than that the sling works great!
