Small enough to fit beside your seat or possibly a glove box. The extension locks in place rather well. But you only get one, not two pcs.

The snow brush and scraper works fine. I like that fact that you can keep it compact or easily extend it. That being said, we have a large SUV, so I wish it extended to a longer length. The ice scraper also seems small. I wish it was a bit wider and larger, but it does seem sturdy enough to get the job done. All in all, it's a decent brush.
