This is pretty neat, I’ve not seen a mold like this before. We make a lot of sushi around here but sometimes I don’t have time to make rolls and this is an easier faster way to get the job done. The wood is very nice, it’s well made and smoothly finished. The legs are glued on, like any wood, never ever soak it or put it in the dishwasher, just give it a quick wash and thoroughly dry it and it should last a long time. It fun for making all kinds of stacked sushi, even vegan. I’m enjoying this press, it’s fun and you can get really creative with the ingredients and not worry about not being able to roll it all up, just press it. Recommend

I made some sushi blocks with this and fried them to make some volcano sushi and i have to say i am very impressed with how well it worked, and it does not feel like cheap wood, its got a good weight to it and its pretty solid, overall love this for my sushi gear collection!
