Didn’t come with everything needed. In the instruction book, it tells you how to put the filter in, and a sponge. It didn’t come with any sponges whatsoever. Or a part number to order any.

It's nice in general, sure, but it does leak on the bottom. Do place on top of something to catch the water. Would not buy again but works fine for now.

Works very well. It clogs if the filter is not rinsed within 2 weeks for 2 cats. I previously was concerned that my lazier kitty would not reach if laying down, but she does; both seem to love the stream much more than the bowl.

Bought this about 2 weeks ago to replace a much more expensive waterer, whose motor died within 2 months. I’m hopeful that this will outperform, but even if it doesn’t- the price and functionality of it is totally worth it. And I love that it takes up less space due to the rectangle shape than the previous round one I had. My cats are happy and so am I. Also comes with extra filters which was nice.

Imagine wetting your toothbrush...and 3 cats suddenly materialize in the sink and on the counter, jockeying for position to drink from the faucet...Those were the good old days. Since installing this fountain, I'm going solo at the sink, blissfully washing my hands and brushing my teeth without cats or cat hair.I like that it's stainless steel and the cats use it! It's reasonably priced and requires standard cleaning like most cat fountains with pumps. I also like that it isn't huge, but just right for several days' thirst quenching. I usually rinse & refill every 2-3 days anyway (cats are messy eaters).Only drawback is that the pump is a bit loud and because of its design, I can hear the cats interrupting the water flow when they get a drink. Not a big deal to me, but it's a new experience.Overall, highly recommend.

They overflow constantly. There’s a big sopping wet mess on the floor, damaging baseboards, and flooring. I have tried with the spout without the spout. I have replaced the filter soaked the filter. Nothing works. Very disappointed in the product.
