I groom three small Papillons about once a week. One thing about grooming these dogs is that they grow poor fur very prolifically. I gave this tool 3 stars because it’s very gentle on trimming the fur on the bottom of their paws. I never have to worry that it’s going to cut them. Having said that, this tool takes longer to use than other tools of its class and it’s not very productive at removing the hair without several strokes over the same area. But it keeps a charge a long time and so far, I still use it, I just wish it was quicker and stronger in it’s effectiveness during use. I’m unsure if I would purchase again, as I would probably look for a more proficient tool.

This trimmer is extremely easy to use. It trims the fur quickly and quietly. My foster dog had no problem with me trimming the bottom of her paws.

Fast delivery. Easy to use, very helpful. I have 3 Newfoundland dogs. Very hairy giant swimmers. I wasn’t sure if it’d handle their paws… But the result is amazing. Clean paws, happy babies. Thank you

I like this trimmer because it’s small, soft vibration, and has a light. The light is most helpful to see between the pads. This was the first time I was able to trim my dog’s pads and it felt nice. I would give a 5 star review if the trimmer was a bit more powerful and doesn’t get warm after using a few minutes.

This trimmer is a great small size and mostly quiet. I tried it on myself first trying to make it hurt me (so I was sure it wouldn’t hurt my pups) and it was great. Nothing sharp, just a gentle vibration. The pups were a bit nervous from the vibration so I am working on getting them used to it, but as a trimmer, this does a great job!
