I was looking for an activity product for my 8 month old puppy to slow down his eating and help with his high energy, chewing phase. I like how the product works and it is easy to clean . My puppy quickly learned how to get the food out. It slows him down and not use it as a chew toy.

The part in the middle sticks but can be easily popped back up, and the little openings work well. The hopper that feeds the food works great, that part was well designed. Do wish it came in larger sizes for bigger dogs snouts, but it worked well and my aussie was super into it :-). Came with a replacement part and a cute little bandana too, thanks!

Nice concept but too much comes out. It would be nice if it had suction cups on the bottom so dog doesn’t try to carry it.

It works fine, just doesn't fit my dog's personality. She is a German Shephard and not big on kibbles. If I put cut up hot dogs in it she loves it but of course that doesn't work for the feeding device.

After I loaded the puzzle toy with kibbles the first time and introduced it to our 3.5-month-old Australian cattle dog, he grabbed one of the 'flapper' lids and tossed it as he tosses his play toys. Of course, that resulted in kibbles coming from three or four of the side pockets and spreading out over the floor. However, with no help from me, he learned to lift the flapper lids with his nose and poke under them to grab the kibbles.I don't think he has made the connection yet between pressing the top and filling the side pokets with kibbles, but he knows to make sure that no kibbles remain in any of the 8 pockets when he is finished. It is a good way to slow his eating speed.I'd like the pockets to be a little wider to make it easher for bigger dogs to reach all of the kibbles in the side pockets more easily, but he manages OK for now. (He is growing quickly, so I don't know how many days are left before he outgrows this puzzle toy.)
