It worked well for a few weeks. Then I found the charging port popped open when I had never opened it and the collar shorted out. Will no longer turn on. Dud!

I got this for my teacup Yorkie. Mainly to beep or vibrate her when she goes in certain areas of the yard she isnโt allowed to. The description says dogs 3lbs-100+The collar is too big all the way tightened to fit her neck so when I try to buzz her, she canโt even feel it. The beep still obviously works, but that only gets her attention sometimes.I had a hard time finding on that would fit a 3-4lb dog, but this one said it did. It doesnโt.

I have an over active dog so I just got it to like teach her not to run off chasing things and itโs great i use the vibration cause I didnโt want to hurt her. Has levels so be aware of that

Battery dies out fast, always charging it up every night. The shock part never works like itโs suppose to. Have to keep pushing the button over and over before it connects to shock by then dog not acting up. Needs a better shocks system, and charge system

UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller to reconcile these issues on 5-26-24 and a full refund was in my bank account on 5-31-24. I appreciate their prompt response.Review from 5-23-24: The sound and vibration work but doesn't get their attention when it matters. The shock doesn't seem to do anything. Doesn't keep much of a battery life after a month. Switches channels a little too easily so I'm constantly checking to see if it's on the right channel when it doesn't seem to be doing anything... most the time it is on the right channel and my dogs are ignoring it.

Great quality, the sound is perfect, the quality of the collar was good a little too long for my little guy, but for a bigger breed perfect.
