The brushes in this set are really nice! The handles are long (nice if you are brushing a bitey mouth and don't want those sharp little teeth catching your hand) and the middle of the handle is nicely contoured to add grip, plus they've added a grippy material to further improve your ability to hold on to this brush, even when wet and slobbery. The bristles are well anchored! I can't get any to shed when pulling at the brush heads, which is a good sign for the longevity of these brushes. They're really soft, too, so there's no worry that they'll hurt the gums. However, a few downsides:There are just 8 brushes and 4 finger sleeves in this pack. The current online listing claims a 12 pack with 100 finger sleeves. I took away a star for that.Second, the finger sleeves are really tight and barely go on my finger, as a muscular female with fairly slender hands, not chubby. If you have bigger hands, especially if your fingers are chubby, these would be very uncomfortable. They're also absorbent fabric but not disposable... So you need to wash them, which is not really a fun chore. I'd much prefer to have the silicone versions that can run through the dishwasher, making cleanup easy (plus they keep my finger dry), or the disposable versions which don't require cleanup.I'm still giving this a 4 star rating bc the brushes are really good value, but they should fix the description about the number you're getting.

Excellent Quality and Price: Given the almost too-good-to-be-true low price ($5.99 at time of order) for 8 two-headed toothbrushes plus 4 finger toothbrushes, I wasn’t expecting much from the toothbrush set. Boy, was I surprised. This is one of the best, and least expensive, pet toothbrush sets I’ve ever ordered.Build Quality: The build quality of both the toothbrush and bristles was surprisingly good. The handles feel sturdy and have good non-slip ergonomics so the brush does slip and slide all over during brushing sessions, while the bristles feel smooth and solidly attached. After several brushing sessions, I haven’t found any loose or detached bristles.Very Good Performance: Leaving aside the fun assortment or colors (which are, in fact, pretty fun), the toothbrushes themselves look, feel and perform as well as pretty much any other toothbrush I’ve used for my dog (and I’ve tried dozens over the years) at a bargain price.Versatility: The excellent two-headed design is as close as you can get to a one-size-fits-all tooth brush for dogs: the larger head has firmer (but still quite soft) bristles and is perfect for larger dogs; the smaller head has much softer bristles and is perfect for smaller dogs, dogs with sensitive teeth, and maybe even cats. My 70 lb. “lap dog” tolerated the larger head with no problems (and barely even noticed the smaller head), but my little guy (about 30 lb.) clearly found the smaller head with its very soft bristles much less objectionable.Soft, but Effective Bristles: The bristles themselves are noticeably softer than most dog toothbrushes I have used, which is both a positive and a negative. On the one hand, they require slightly longer brushing sessions, but on the other hand, the dogs seem not to mind them nearly as much as brushes with stiffer bristles.Product Longevity: Given how soft the bristles are, I can’t predict whether they will last as long as the more robust-feeling bristles of other brands, but at this low price for 8 two-headed brushes, you could replace your dog’s toothbrush every month or two and still come out way ahead, price-wise. But as I said above, my initial impression is very positive; I think they’ll last at least a few months each.Finger Brushes: The four finger brushes are typical fabric finger brushes. I don’t think they remove much (if any) build-up on a dog’s teeth, but they’re pretty useful for quick mouth clean-ups, especially if you have a slobbery dog.Overall, this is a fantastic set of 8 high-quality, “real” toothbrushes (plus the 4 finger toothbrushes) for a truly bargain price of $5.99.5 stars.

These are really great toothbrushes for dogs - especially for the price. I'm very happy with these! They are very easy to work with - the most difficult part would be your dog's cooperation!

Great price for 4 brushes. Bristles are gentle, and I appreciate the different colors that it comes in bc I have 3 dogs.

Great design on a dog toothbrush, it has an extra-long handle with an easy-grip rubber. Also, flat areas to place your fingers. Non-slip design and great quality.

Since these are dual head, these work really well with brushing my dogs teeth, and I feel like I’m actually getting him clean with these vs other brands of dog tooth brushes. Sometimes, with all dogs, they don’t like when we brush but the finger things (I’m sorry I forgot what they’re called) make it really easy to use. This is definitely a product for you, especially if you have multiple dogs, or just don’t want to replace these as often. Definitely a really good deal.

Okay, so I don’t really want to brush my dog’s teeth. But the vet said he needs to have that done, so here we are. This set gives me several brushes, so I like that. I’ve only used one so far, but it’s nice to have several for when this wears out. I can’t say that my dog particularly likes having his teeth brushed, but I don’t think that has anything to do with this particular set, just with the discomfort of having me mess in his mouth. So if it’s time to brush your dog’s teeth too, this set is a decent one.

These are handy and long enough for large breed dogs, such as my standard poodle with his long snout. Each end has a separate size brush, and the handle is textured/rubberized(?) to provide extra grip. The bristles have no odor.My reason for one star lost is that the handles themselves are more flexible than other dog toothbrushes, and I find they have more 'give' than I like, especially brushing the back teeth.
