This works! Feels and looks well-built, easy to assemble, and does not take up much space when stored. We dont have a huge yard so this is perfect. We tried renting an aerator (nightmare) and paying someone (busted the underground water system tubes). Glad to have found this!

Good tool for manual aeration. Works well for small areas of your yard. Easy to use. Soil has to be the right balance as clogging can occur. Tool to declog works well once you get the hang of it.

Have had this a year outside with no corrosion. Heavy construction - nothing negative to say about quality or value. Yeah, moisture of the ground has to be JUST right. Too dry, and you won't be able to sink this completely at 165lbs, too wet and it sticks and clogs. You will have to experiment with the right yard moisture to get this to work well. That said, over a week, I left this in my yard and pushed a couple rows each day after watering and got it done. That said, and although it's a quality tool, next year, I'll just pay the dude that leaves a flyer on my garage door to do this with a machine - just takes too long to do this manually.

I purchased so it would arrive on the first day of a short streak of sun so I can prep the lawn before more rain comes. There is supposed to be 4 screws, 2 to put together the pole and 2 to secure the heavy bottom with the spikes. My package was missing the 2 to secure the heavy bottom making it impossible to use.

Does exactly what it is suppose to. The only thing I would say, If you have a large project this is probably not the best way to go. Its a lot of work, but the product itself is strong and sturdy.

If you’re covering a small area it is fantastic. It will pull 3” solid cores out opening up the ground very nicely. Easy to use and functional. I did a section outside my back door which is a heavy traffic area and this performed very well.

Best tool ever to get and reach the areas your aerator can’t get to works excellent clean easy I would highly recommend this product built very well.

Worked very well on my small lawn I have. I read reviews that mentioned the tool gets clogged, so as a preventive measure I sprayed some wd-40 in each hole before using it. And I did no experience any clogging. The little plugs of soil just kept coming out the top, I was pleasantly surprised.

Impressively made well that will last long, I did a few aeration and I was enjoying it a lot! Shipping to NZ was super quick too! It was estimated in 2 weeks but was delivered under 5 days upon ordering. I'll write another review once I've had it for a few months to confirm the durability and the build quality.
