I have seen a lot of complaints about these gauges and the support but that has not been my experience at all. The first ones I ordered did not fit my 52 chevy dash at all. I called their support and a woman guided me to the spot for gauges that are specifically 52 chevies. She worked up the exchange paperwork and told me my new gauges were on the way. I had not sent mine in yet and she told me I had 30 days to get those back or I would be charged. I sent them back. I did have trouble with the fuel gage sending unit, they sent me another one, that did not work either with a different problem. The support guy worked with me as you have to get a really good ground on this gauge. I have had these gauges in for two years and not a problem.
